1) I received an email stating my product was shipped 7/13 by UPS. UPS did not have this shipment. 2) I emailed customer service and no one responded. 3) I called your shipping department, no one responded 4) Called sales dept, they contacted shipping dept and the product was shipped USPS not UPS, delivered 7/19/21 5) Received wrong product. Received UA screening kit not drug test cards, working with customer service
